Fellowship--Coming together as a Church family

Fellowship – Coming together as a church family

The Episcopal Church of the Epiphany welcomes all to seek and share God’s love and to know Jesus Christ through Christian fellowship with one another.

 You are invited:

  •  To gather on Sunday mornings after worship services to enjoy the company of our church family, to meet and greet newcomers and friends, and to enjoy beverages and refreshments—on many Sundays directly from parishioner’s kitchens.  The first Sunday of the month birthdays and wedding anniversaries are celebrated at the worship service and with a celebration cake at Fellowship Hour immediately following the service.
  • To participate in special gatherings such as retreats, picnics, pot luck meals during Lent and at other times, special celebrations, and other events.  Information on events are found in Sunday Bulletins, sent by email, and posted on the web page.
  • To provide your favorite family recipes for posting on the Fellowship web page and to try other posted recipes.

God presents opportunities for Christian fellowship to all of us.  The congregation is committed to meeting needs as they occur within the church family and in the community.  Dedicated members:

  •  Provide food, companionship, and fellowship to those who are ill, housebound, bereaved, or in need of other support.
  • Welcome and visit newcomers and keep in touch with members and friends by telephone, cards, and visits.

Your participation in fellowship activities is most gratefully welcomed.  If you know of someone who is in need of support, please email, telephone, or speak to the priest-in-charge or the Fellowship Chairperson.  Use our contact page to get in touch with us.
